Benchmarkrecruit to the rescue!!!

Neurocare enlisted help from Benchmark recruit to find Rebecca. The new member of our team!

It was during a chance meeting at Nabarro’s Annual Summer Ball held at Sheffield Cathedral that Lesley mentioned to local specialist recruiters Benchmark Recruit that the team at Neurocare was desperate for an extra pair of hands in the fundraising office, but were just too snowed under to get it sorted! Knowing the hardwork and dedication that the Neurocare team put in to their charitable organisation, Benchmark Recruit were keen to help and offered their consultative recruitment & retention services to the organisation, free of charge.



Amy and Louisa from Benchmark Recruit visited the Neurocare Head Office and met with the team not only to clarify exactly the type of candidate they needed but also to assess the teams’ personalities and learning styles to ensure that they could find the perfect fit! Following this consultation, Benchmark aimed to ease the stress that many recruiters face when searching for new members of staff and concentrated on providing Neurocare with a friendly, efficient and professional service by selecting the top three candidates to go forward for interview and meet with both Heather and Lesley at their offices.



It was definitely a tough and very close decision but Rebecca, with her organisational skills, strong administration background and cheery personality, was chosen as the new recruit!
