Leon Jackson sings for Neurocare

X Factor singing star Leon Jackson was top of the bill at Jingle Bell Rock, Neurocare's Christmas Party.

We were delighted to be able to entice a singing superstar to our 2008 Christmas party celebrations.

X Factor winner Leon Jackson said that he was really happy to support Neurocare by singing at ‘Jingle Bell Rock’ at St Paul Hotel, Sheffield, on Saturday 6th December.

The 19 year old Scottish star performed a selection of tracks from his recently released debut album, ‘Right Now’ to help raise money for us.

Last Christmas, Leon pipped rival Rhydian Roberts to the post in the TV talent competition, winning a £1 million recording contract. His debut single, ‘When You Believe’, was the UK Christmas number-one single in the same year.

The fun filled party, sponsored by tdc Eamonn Hunt and hosted by Kam Kelly from Hallam FM, was packed with live entertainment, a charity auction and raffle and raidsed over £12,000.
Thank you to everyone who supported this event - especially Leon jackson, of course.
