Emma is Sheffield born and bred and is passionate about making our Neurosciences department the best in the country!
She is a total control freak (as boyfriend Paul will tell you) and she can’t sit down until the job’s done. When she finally relaxes she likes nothing better than going to her Mum and Dad’s for some good old West Indian home cooking, or sitting in with Ben and Jerry’s Phish Food watching Dirty Dancing!
She says: Starting work at Neurocare has restored my faith in people. I am consistently humbled by people’s generosity and kindness and there overall willingness to support the charity as it ‘changes and saves lives.’
They say: Emma has been a breath of fresh air to Neurocare. She is enthusiastic, energetic and fun. She is a perfect fit to our team and promises great things for our future fundraising events
Secret fact: I was once denied entry into a nightclub for not having any I.D, so I quickly put on an American accent and said “don’t you know who I am?” to a baffled bouncer. I went on to tell them that I was Morgan Freeman’s daughter and it really wouldn’t look good on them if I didn’t get in! Needless to say, I got in, and had free drinks all night!
